The ability to capture and edit video footage of surgeries and other medical procedures is now within the grasp of every physician. Endoscopes, both flexible and rigid, now routinely have video output capability. A rigid endoscope may be used in both laparoscopic and open procedures. Consumer grade camcorders can also be used during open surgeries.
In this 40-minute seminar, Dr. Patrick Reardon, teaches you the basic editing skills you need to use Apple's Final Cut software. You will learn how to quickly and easily build a first-rate surgical video including audio narration, which can be used to educate yourself, to educate trainees and to educate referring physicians.
